If your organization has successfully registered, reported and earned complimentary tickets during the 2025 Shoebox Challenge, then you will finally need to claim your tickets. It is important all earned tickets are claimed before May 31, 2026, or else you will lose any remaining tickets.
To get started, select your attraction to see how your earned tickets will be received.
To claim your organization’s earned complimentary tickets, click the “Claim Now” button at the bottom of this page or on the homepage. You will then see the account login screen. If you have an account, enter the email address and password for your organization to login. If you do not have an account, then your organization has not completed registration in time to participate for the current year Shoebox Challenge.
From your account dashboard, you will see a green “Claim” button available under your organization’s “Action Items” list. Once clicked, you will be taken to a form to input the number of tickets you would like to claim along with the option to enter a reminder note that will help you keep track of tickets claimed. There will also be an “Earned Tickets Overview” for your organization so that you can easily see how many tickets are remaining to be claimed.
Once you have selected the number of tickets to claim, you will receive an email to the email address used for your account with a PDF file attached containing your tickets. You will also be able to download and print these tickets from your account dashboard at any time by finding the desired tickets in the “Activity for 2025” section and clicking the red “Download Tickets” button.

Tickets earned for Museum of the Bible will be sent by physical mail in early 2026. Tickets will be mailed to the preferred address listed during registration. Please note that tickets for Museum of the Bible will expire on September 8, 2026.
